Emotional Intelligence (EI) impacts our ability to interpret, react to, and de-escalate situations. In this course you will examine the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and impacts in the workplace and personal life.  You will explore topics such as self awareness, self control, situational awareness, empathy, and conflict management. You will examine how emotions drive behavior that can impact others (positively and negatively) and learn how to navigate and negotiate relationships and situations.
